Terms of Service — ContentHub

These terms govern your use of ContentHub, operated by Yurii Skyba. By using ContentHub, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ContentHub is a content aggregation and publishing platform. It collects content from sources you specify, processes it with AI, and helps you publish to social media platforms.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your account security. One person per account (no sharing). You must be at least 16 years old. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your API Keys

You provide your own API keys for AI providers and publishing platforms. You are responsible for costs incurred through your API keys. ContentHub is not liable for charges from third-party API usage. We encrypt your keys but recommend rotating them periodically.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: use ContentHub to spread misinformation, hate speech, or illegal content; scrape content in violation of source websites’ terms; circumvent rate limits or plan restrictions; spam or send unsolicited content; share your account with multiple people (unless on a Team plan); use automated tools to create multiple free accounts.

5. Content Responsibility

You own the content you create and publish through ContentHub. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and republish content. AI-generated content is provided as drafts — you are responsible for reviewing before publishing. ContentHub does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. Plans & Billing

Free Plan: limited features, may be modified with 30 days notice. Paid Plans: billed monthly, yearly, or lifetime. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Lifetime plans grant access for the lifetime of the service. Refunds: monthly/yearly within 14 days, lifetime within 30 days. Trial: 14-day free trial, no credit card required, converts to Free plan after expiry.

7. Self-Hosted Version

The self-hosted version is available under the MIT license. No warranty or support is provided for self-hosted deployments. You are responsible for your own hosting, security, and maintenance.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

ContentHub is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
